My eclectic background allows me to utilize many different skills to help you achieve your goals.  I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is vital in making progress.  My goal is to create a safe and trustworthy space for all clients.  I strongly value the therapeutic relationship that is created, and capitalize on my own experiences, honesty, and humor in sessions.  

I pull from many different modalities and build on my client's strengths.  DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) are two of my most commonly used modalities.  However, we will work together to identify the skills that work best for you.
